




Position Summary: Manages key HR processes, contributing to organizational development and employee well-being. Key Highlights: 1. Manages recruitment, training, and personnel administration. 2. Collaborates on workplace climate, organizational culture, and internal communication. **General Position Objective:** To manage and execute key human resources processes—including recruitment, training, labor relations, personnel administration, and regulatory compliance—to support organizational development and employee well-being. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and execute recruitment and selection processes. * Manage employee files and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. * Manage onboarding and orientation processes. * Address employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures. * Support resolution of labor conflicts and disciplinary processes. * Participate in internal and external audits related to human resources. * Prepare management reports and performance indicators for the department. * Collaborate on workplace climate initiatives, organizational culture, and internal communication. * Monitor evaluation processes, analyze results, and propose improvements. * Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements. * Support communication campaigns, corporate events, and policy dissemination. * Coordinate insurance, benefits, vouchers, uniforms, and other employee benefits. **Activities:** * Coordinate interviews and selection processes. * Propose final candidates for approval. * Manage procedures with institutions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS, etc.). * Authorize internal system transactions (position changes, salary adjustments, etc.) per established policies. * Apply minor disciplinary measures (warnings, verbal reprimands). * Coordinate mandatory and voluntary training programs. * Advise leaders and employees on policies, workplace climate, and development. * Participate in internal committees (safety, wellness, organizational culture). **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Skills: Communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills. Language: Spanish. Minimum experience: 2–3 years in similar roles; knowledge of current labor legislation.
