




Job Summary: Human resources professional with experience in personnel supervision, talent management, regulatory compliance, and resolution of labor disputes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead personnel supervision and development 2. Promote a positive and aligned organizational culture 3. Ensure compliance with current labor laws Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field. * Supervise active staff roster * Supervise proper pre-screening process * Supervise active job openings * Supervise and administer psychometric and technical assessments * Design and implement onboarding programs for new employees * Identify training and professional development needs * Organize and coordinate training courses and workshops * Develop and manage performance evaluation systems * Manage organizational change and process improvements * Foster a positive organizational culture aligned with company values * Conduct periodic employee evaluations and provide feedback * Manage and resolve labor disputes * Mediate between employees and management * Calculate severance payments * Manage termination of employment contracts * Prepare administrative minutes * Develop and manage compensation, benefits, and profit-sharing policies * Analyze and adjust salaries to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness, subject to management approval * Administer benefits programs (socioeconomic surveys) * Ensure compliance with current labor laws and regulations (Federal Labor Law) * Manage internal and external audits related to human resources * Continuously update knowledge regarding changes in labor legislation * Attend appointments at the Labor Court and/or meet legal deadlines * Maintain the employee database and personnel files * Process registrations and cancellations with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) * Supervise payroll administration and working time records * Manage staff absences, leaves of absence, and vacation schedules * Facilitate effective communication between management and employees * Design and manage official letters for onboarding new employees * Promote transparency and information flow within the organization (escalation procedures) * Develop strategies for retaining key employees * Implement recognition and motivation programs Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Contract Salary: Starting from $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Human Resources: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
