We seek a **Human Resources Manager** who combines **strategic vision, leadership, and strong operational execution**, to support business evolution and reinforce our organizational culture. **Role Purpose** To serve as the **business’s strategic talent partner**, ensuring robust, modern, and organizationally aligned HR processes that drive a positive experience for employees and leaders. Key Responsibilities * Design and implement an **integrated Human Resources strategy** aligned with the business plan. * Lead **talent attraction, selection, and onboarding** processes for specialized talent (technology / telecommunications). * Manage **performance, development, training, and career path planning**. * Ensure compliance with **Mexican labor regulations**, labor relations, and personnel administration. * Coordinate **payroll, compensation, and benefits**, aiming for competitiveness and internal equity. * Drive initiatives related to **organizational climate, culture, and employee engagement**, maintaining GPTW standards. * Advise leaders and senior management on **people management and decision-making**. * Lead **internal communication and organizational change projects**. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field (Master’s degree or specialization in HR preferred). * **3–5 years of experience** in generalist HR or HR leadership roles, ideally within technology or telecommunications companies. * Solid knowledge of **Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, payroll, and labor relations**. * Strategic mindset coupled with strong **hands-on execution capability**. * Leadership, communication, influence, and confidentiality skills. * Experience in **GPTW-certified companies or high-performance cultures** is desirable. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join a company **certified as a Great Place to Work**. * A strategic role with **high visibility and business impact**. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Hybrid work model and a collaborative work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth and development.
