




Job Objective Lead the creation and consolidation of the Human Resources department from scratch, designing strategies that strengthen organizational culture, drive talent development, and ensure efficient processes in recruitment, training, and payroll administration. Main Responsibilities * Design and implement a comprehensive Human Resources strategy aligned with the company’s objectives. * Build and structure HR policies, processes, and tools (recruitment, training, payroll, organizational development). * Lead talent attraction and selection processes, ensuring quality and speed in hiring. * Develop training programs and career plans that support employee growth. * Administer and supervise the payroll process, ensuring legal compliance and operational efficiency. * Promote a culture of commitment, trust, and belonging through wellness initiatives and internal communication. * Serve as a strategic partner to senior management in talent- and culture-related decision-making. Required Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field. * Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 3 years in leadership roles. * Solid knowledge of **recruitment and selection, training, and payroll**. * High emotional intelligence, negotiation skills, and inspirational leadership ability. * Experience building HR departments from scratch or leading cultural transformation processes. * Proficiency in talent, workplace climate, and performance metrics and KPIs.
