




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR professional with experience in personnel management in footwear manufacturing plants to manage the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment through development. Key responsibilities in personnel administration and labor relations Education: Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field Ability to work under pressure Gender: Female or Male **MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT IN FOOTWEAR MANUFACTURING PLANTS** * **Recruitment and Selection:** Post job openings, review resumes, coordinate interviews, and conduct background checks. * **Onboarding and Induction:** Manage new employee integration, prepare documentation and contracts, and facilitate smooth onboarding. * **Personnel Administration:** Maintain up-to-date personnel files, manage payroll-related incidents (absences, overtime), and administer benefits. * **Labor Relations and Support:** Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, or workplace issues. * **Training and Development:** Organize training sessions and workshops, and support staff competency development. * **Operational Support:** Collaborate with the HR Manager in implementing new policies and organizing internal events.
