




Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and operational HR Business Partner to serve as a key business partner, executing the Human Capital strategy across large-scale operations and achieving organizational objectives. Collaboration in performance and labor risk analysis Position: HR Business Partner (HRBP) **Location:** Morelia, Michoacán **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 09:00–18:00 hrs * Saturday: 09:00–14:00 hrs **Work Modality:** Full-time Position Objective We seek a **HR Business Partner** with both strategic and operational focus, serving as a key business partner to ensure proper execution of the Human Capital strategy across large-scale operations and contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Law, or related field (degree required). * Minimum **5 years** of experience as an HRBP or in similar roles (mandatory). * Experience managing workforces exceeding **1,000 employees**. * Experience managing unionized personnel. * Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and labor relations. * Experience analyzing metrics, KPIs, and scorecards. * Focus on internal customer and employee service. Main Responsibilities * Act as a strategic partner between operational, managerial, and corporate areas. * Participate in managerial meetings for performance and labor risk analysis. * Develop, analyze, and monitor Human Capital KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, coverage, discipline). * Manage personnel transactions: hires, terminations, transfers, and organizational structure changes. * Manage and validate payroll pre-processing and payroll incidents. * Provide direct support and follow-up to internal customers. * Support employees throughout their entire employment lifecycle. * Handle labor negotiations, conflicts, and disciplinary processes. * Execute employment terminations and manage settlement payments. * Coordinate with Labor Relations and Legal departments. * Implement retention, organizational climate, and engagement strategies. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and current regulations. * Support internal and external audits. * Identify labor risks and propose preventive actions. * Train and advise leaders on talent management. * Supervise cafeteria and transportation services.
