A leading company in the technical service industry invites you to join its team as: Position: HR Generalist Job Objective Comprehensively manage Human Resources processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, proper personnel administration, and strengthening organizational development. Main Responsibilities * Administration of **recruitment, selection, and onboarding** processes. * **Payroll management** and incident control in accordance with the Mexican Federal Labor Law and IMSS Law. * Development and updating of **procedures, policies, manuals, and job descriptions**. * **Identification of training needs**, design of training materials, and coordination of training programs. * Implementation and follow-up of **performance evaluations**. * Support for initiatives related to **workplace climate, internal communication, and negotiation**. * Management and updating of **personnel databases and files**. Candidate Requirements * Age: **25 years or older**. * Languages: Spanish (mandatory), preferably **intermediate English**. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in **Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field**. * Minimum experience of **2 to 3 years** in similar roles. * Solid knowledge of: * General HR management. * Payroll processing and incident calculation. * Development of policies, manuals, and job descriptions. * Training and development. * Performance evaluations. * Mexican labor legislation and IMSS Law. * Microsoft Office suite. * Negotiation techniques.
