Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in this role. Goal management skills. Proficiency in **ODOO**. **\- Key Responsibilities:** Recruitment and selection of personnel. Management of various platforms and/or social media for posting job vacancies; use of platform for application processing and review of psychometric tests. Personnel administration (hiring, termination, position changes, and payroll incidents). Administrative procedures. Payroll reconciliation with accounting. Support during internal and external payroll-related audits. Workforce and organizational structure control. Organization of institutional events. Distribution and delivery of payroll cards. Uniform control. \-**Knowledge and Skills:** ODOO proficiency preferred. Psychometric testing expertise. Federal Labor Law. IMSS Law. Proficiency in SIROC, SISUB, and ICSOE. Calculation of earnings, deductions, severance payments, and settlements.
