Definition and authorization of labor policies Vacancy: HR Manager – Plant **Description:** Lead, coordinate, and control comprehensive Human Resources management at both corporate and plant levels, ensuring legal compliance, proper payroll administration, implementation of labor policies, organizational structure development, and direct supervision of HR Managers at corporate and plant levels, guaranteeing that the department operates with professional standards, experience, and results. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and audit HR operations at corporate and plant levels. * Administer and validate payroll, severance, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), and profit-sharing (PTU) processes. * Define and authorize policies regarding disciplinary actions, loans, deductions, and benefits. * Analyze personnel metrics (turnover, absenteeism, retention, discipline). * Present strategic reports and improvement proposals to General Management. * Serve as the highest HR authority during labor audits and legal reviews. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of prior experience as HR Coordinator or HR Manager. * Leadership, firmness, organizational skills, and proficiency in administrative management and control tools.
