




We are a growing organization seeking to strengthen its Human Resources area with an operational–strategic **HR Coordinator**, possessing strong character, a business-oriented mindset, and high capability in managing people, processes, and metrics. This position is critical to ensuring the proper execution of HR processes, supporting business leaders, and actively contributing to organizational development. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the HR analysts team, ensuring efficient and timely execution of processes. * Oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources department, distributing workloads and guaranteeing achievement of objectives. * Directly execute Recruitment and Selection processes, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with required profiles. * Manage, analyze, and report key HR metrics (organizational climate, employee engagement, turnover, coverage, etc.). * Lead Training and Organizational Development initiatives, as well as internal communication activities. * Propose and implement process improvements and standardization practices to increase departmental efficiency. Act as an HR Business Partner, delivering service and solutions to internal clients with a business focus. **Required Profile** **Education:** Degree and professional license in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. **Experience and Knowledge:** * Minimum 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, with comprehensive expertise in: Recruitment and Selection, Training and Organizational Development, Internal Communication, and Change Management. * Proven experience leading change management processes in SMEs, with clear and measurable results. * History of employment stability and success stories in previous positions. * Key competencies: Internal client orientation, strong character, tolerance and flexibility, ability to work under pressure and with diverse teams. **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience: $30,000–$35,000 gross monthly. * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits. * Strategic position with direct visibility to the HR Director. * Opportunity for real impact on processes and organizational culture. * Challenging, dynamic, and results-oriented work environment. * Professional development within the organization.
