Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in administrative fields (preferred). * Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable customer service experience **(mandatory)**. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite **(intermediate\-advanced level)**. * Knowledge of ERP systems **(preferred)**. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * General knowledge of billing processes and contract management. The department you will join is responsible for operating and improving the systems and processes that support the company’s services and products. Key responsibilities include: * Providing timely and professional service to internal and external customers, ensuring clear and effective communication. * Managing and tracking customer requests and contracts, guaranteeing personalized service and fulfillment of commitments. * Ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient resolution of inquiries, courteous treatment, and delivery of accurate and timely information. * Ensuring satisfactory resolution of reported issues within established timeframes and according to quality standards. * Registering and tracking requests in ERP systems, applying knowledge of billing and administrative management processes.
