Key responsibilities include: * Providing timely and professional support to internal and external customers, ensuring clear and effective communication. * Managing and tracking customer requests and contracts, guaranteeing personalized attention and fulfillment of commitments. * Ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient resolution of inquiries, courteous interaction, and delivery of accurate and timely information. * Guaranteeing satisfactory resolution of reported issues within established timeframes and according to quality standards. * Registering and tracking requests in ERP systems, applying knowledge of billing and administrative management processes.
