Stakeholder management (clients, sponsors, etc.). Support the change management project portfolio team. Experience * Change Management, Organizational Development, or Human Resources Consulting project management experience (1–2 years REQUIRED). * Experience in similar roles (1–2 years REQUIRED). Knowledge * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel at intermediate level; MS Project at basic level). * Communication techniques: storytelling and related methods. * Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and organizational change practices. * Agile ceremonies for projects. **Additional Profile Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. (PROVISIONAL GRADUATION CERTIFICATE MANDATORY) * Flexible working hours and willingness to travel between locations as required by operations.
