Advise stakeholders and apply Change Management methodologies DESCRIPTION Serve as the strategic guide to facilitate **adoption of transformation initiatives** across the organization, ensuring their **successful implementation** through plans, actions, and events related to **communication, training, and support**, while managing change impacts and risks in high-visibility, organization-wide technology projects. ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Identify audiences and impacts:** Map impacted audiences and the degree of change per role/area to define specific communication, enablement, and support actions for each initiative. * **Diagnose AS\-IS vs TO\-BE gaps:** Analyze differences between current and future states to assess impacts, friction points, and adoption risks. * **Define and execute mitigations:** Design actionable plans to reduce resistance, accelerate adoption, and increase speed of change (reinforcements, coaching, campaigns, trainings). * **Coordinate cross\-functional synergies:** Facilitate alignment among key functions to reduce friction during the transformation process and ensure message consistency and execution alignment. * **Design the overall change strategy:** Establish an integrated approach (communication, leadership, training, measurement) and manage obstacles threatening adoption. * **Ensure buy\-in and mobilization:** Plan and execute events/sessions (kickoffs, informational sessions, go\-live, etc.) to drive commitment and clarity around the change. * **Support sponsors and leaders:** Advise project sponsors and leaders to execute actions that reduce resistance, reinforce change, and sustain adoption within their teams. * **Build the change narrative:** Develop the change story and project “pitch” (talking points, presentations, videos, plenary sessions) to foster understanding and alignment. * **Coordinate training and enablement:** Collaborate with Training to define required skills/knowledge, delivery methods, timelines, materials, and audience\-specific enablement strategy. * **Measure adoption and adjust:** Conduct surveys, focus groups, and listening sessions; define metrics and measurement methods (e.g., Change Readiness Assessment); activate reinforcement plans. REQUIREMENTS ### **Mandatory** * **Experience:** Minimum **4 years** leading **Change Management** in **retail technology projects**, ensuring adoption (organization\-wide scope). * Practical mastery of **Change Management methodologies** (planning, execution, and measurement). * Functional understanding of **Supply Chain** and **Finance** (impacts and operations). * Experience guiding and advising **stakeholders** (sponsors, project leaders, HR, PMO) and facilitating workshops/sessions. * Strong executive communication, storytelling, documentation, and operational follow\-up capabilities. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Psychology, Business Administration/LAE, or related field). **English:** **Advanced (mandatory).** ### **Desirable Knowledge / Certifications (highly valued)** * Certification or formal training in **Prosci (ADKAR)** or **Lean Change Management**. * Instructional design / enablement (materials, sessions, support). * Management and documentation tools (desirable): **Jira, Confluence**, Miro/Lucidchart/Visio, survey tools. ### **Profile We Seek** A hands\-on manager who turns diagnosis into execution: capable of **designing actionable plans**, mobilizing leaders, maintaining clear communication, measuring adoption, and **quickly correcting course** when change loses momentum or becomes unclear.
