Mandatory Requirements: * Proven experience in **warehouse operations**. * Mandatory proficiency in operating **counterbalanced and double-reach forklifts with reverse steering** (a practical driving test will be administered). * Experience with **Crown or Raymond equipment** (preferred). * Valid **DC3 driver’s license (issued from 2023 onward; candidates without this license will not be considered)**. * Minimum education: **Completed junior high school**. * Availability to work in **cold storage or freezing environments (\-22 °C)**. * Availability for **rotating shifts**. * Candidates with experience limited to **only one type of equipment or conventional steering** will not be considered. Skills to be assessed: * Operation of **electric pallet jacks**. * Handling of goods in **dynamic racks up to 6 levels high**. * Use of **handheld devices and WMS system**. * Implementation of **equipment safety checklists**.
