Preferred: high school diploma in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields. * Valid and up-to-date documentation. * **No fear of working at heights**, with minimum 6 months of relevant experience. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, and Saturday morning. * Full schedule availability is mandatory. **EXPERIENCE:** **We seek candidates with experience in:** Basic knowledge of activities involving **work at height** (no fear of heights), including but not limited to: * Tool handling and basic electrical knowledge. * CCTV installation. * Fiber-optic pole installation. * Billboard installation. * Construction work at great heights. * Activities similar to **work at height**. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Work at radio base stations, installing equipment on towers and ground level (antennas, radios, power systems, fiber optics, etc.). * Candidates interested in developing their careers in the Telecommunications field. * Maintenance and installation of telecommunications towers. * Basic electrical installations. * Equipment replacement at radio base stations (loading and unloading). * 100% field-based work. **IMMEDIATE HIRING AND TRAINING!!** Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term, Probationary period, Apprentice Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
