Job Summary: Responsible for controlling and updating tooling drawings, designing and modifying tools, and maintaining the tool room documentation to ensure an efficient information system. Participation in tool improvement and efficiency **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for systematically managing all tool room drawings and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all tooling-related documentation to ensure an efficient tooling information system. Designs and modifies tooling. * Maintains a database of drawings for each tool in the tool room; responsible for updating drawings whenever any tool undergoes changes or modifications. Participates in tooling design initiatives aimed at improving or enhancing tool efficiency. Works in accordance with company policies and standards. * Updates and maintains all tooling drawings under the company’s system. * Responsible for dimensioning and drafting drawings for new parts without fixed deadlines. * Provides support in designing new tools. * Responsible for reviewing drawing tolerances and specifications with the Quality, Engineering, and Production departments. * Prepares reports and documentation required by the Tool Room Coordinator. * Actively participates in fulfilling requirements for maintaining ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, and OHSAS certifications. **Requirements:** * Technical degree (electromechanical/mechanical) * Experience in metalworking * Proficiency in SolidWorks, measuring equipment (optical comparator, micrometer, height gauge), geometric tolerancing, and drawing interpretation. * AutoCAD, MS Office Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $1.00 - $2.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * Which measuring instruments have you worked with? * Do you have experience operating milling machines, grinders, and lathes? * At what level do you rate your proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD? * What is your salary expectation?
