Your primary objective will be to **accompany and guide students through academic procedures**. **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Provide continuous follow-up and support to students from enrollment through graduation or withdrawal, ensuring retention and reducing the dropout rate while delivering a positive university experience. **Academic Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, or Social Communication. **Specific Job Responsibilities:** * Student support via phone calls, chats, and emails. * Addressing, servicing, and referring student issues—including platform access, financial matters, academic concerns, and academic services. * Resolving problems using our portfolio of solutions to prevent dropout. * Accompanying students throughout their entire academic journey until graduation. * Generating follow-up reports for new enrollees, re-enrollees, and graduates. * Recording all interactions in our system and maintaining follow-up documentation. * Availability during scheduled hours in virtual offices. * Educational processes. * Current laws applicable to the academic field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in academic follow-up, administrative assistance, tutoring, or academic management. **Performance Metrics to Be Evaluated:** * Call volume, contact TC (Time to Contact), implementation of student solutions, and service quality. * Reduction of the dropout rate. * 80% student terminal efficiency rate. * Use of the system to categorize and track students. * Utilization of institutional tools. * Over 80% satisfaction score in the student quality survey. **Benefits You Will Receive:** * Monthly salary paid biweekly. * **Short-term growth opportunity.** * Free platform offering **courses and training** across various areas of interest. * **Institutional scholarship** to pursue undergraduate or specialized studies. * **Discounts at Arista Optics, cafeterias, and more.** * Central work location, just a few blocks from Metro Line 1 Chapultepec or Metro Line 7 Chapultepec.
