




**Structured Cabling Crew Leader** Requirements: * Education: Completed high school (preferred). * Minimum experience: 2 years supervising structured cabling projects — **mandatory** * Flexible schedule. * Knowledge and experience working at heights. * Availability to travel. Required knowledge: * Implementation of structured cabling installations, access control, CCTV, fiber optics, and data center maintenance. * Splicing and termination. * Proper handling and installation of UTP, FTP, and FO cables. * Basic knowledge of low-voltage electrical installations. * Familiarity with cables, connectors, conduits, cable trays, fiber optics, and networks. * Experience using network scanning and testing equipment (Fluke). * Operation of work equipment. Responsibilities: * Ensure team operational readiness. * Install structured cabling. * Work at heights. * Perform performance testing. * Operate platforms. * Responsible for executing the monitoring plan. * Prepare photographic reports. * Ensure project execution and progress. * Act as liaison between the work crew and the project engineer. * Manage/plan team schedules and activities. * Direct client interaction.
