**Regional Crew Leader – Fiber Optic Installation** **Zone: Cuajimalpa / North** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree * Proficiency in Office software * Availability to travel to different areas of CDMX and State of Mexico * Knowledge of fiber optics * Valid driver’s license **Experience and Knowledge:** * Minimum 4 years of experience supervising crews * Experience supervising fiber optic installation crews * KPI management * Operational monitoring and support * Supervision of installation and maintenance * Negotiation of policies, services, closures, and contracts * Incident control, absences, leave requests, and vehicle assignments **Competencies:** * Problem solving * Negotiation * Effective communication * Orientation and focus on results * Teamwork * Working under pressure **We Offer:** * Salary: $30,000.00 net + Statutory benefits * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 hrs.
