At Axis Salud Visual, we seek your talent—apply if you have experience in the following responsibilities: * Coordinate the installation, operation, and logistics of the mobile optometry unit at corporate clients and residential locations, according to the established schedule. * Supervise the proper functioning of the mobile unit, as well as the complete and appropriate use of equipment and work materials. * Coordinate, train, and evaluate the optometrist team, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. * Guarantee high-quality optometric care to patients and promote the use of new technologies and techniques. * Coordinate administrative and commercial processes: sales invoices, quotations, sales closures, cash collections, and delivery of documentation for invoicing. * Manage laboratory orders, quality control of optical products, deliveries, warranties, and patient-requested refunds. * Participate in optical product selection, promotion planning, and development of strategies to achieve commercial targets. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Optometry or related field (degree holder) * Minimum 3 years’ experience using ophthalmic instruments, performing refraction exams, and fitting contact lenses * Ability to analyze patient facial features and recommend frames that optimize appearance, comfort, and visual correction. * Proficiency in effective sales closing techniques * Experience in patient care * Experience in staff training and personnel management Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,766.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
