Teamwork and adherence to procedures **Purpose of the Position:** Perform field installation and maintenance of optical fiber networks and CCTV systems, ensuring compliance with technical procedures and quality standards, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications. **Specific Responsibilities:** * Install, configure, and maintain optical fiber networks. * Perform optical fiber laying, fusion splicing, jointing, and testing in accordance with technical specifications. * Install, configure, and verify the operation of CCTV systems and related equipment. * Interpret blueprints, diagrams, manuals, and technical documentation for accurate job execution. * Diagnose and rectify faults in installed networks and systems. * Perform field services while complying with safety regulations and quality standards. * Prepare technical reports on installations, maintenance activities, and incidents. * Comply with internal company policies and established technical guidelines. **Technical Knowledge:** * Optical fiber fusion and measurement. * Conduit systems. * CCTV. * Reading and interpretation of technical blueprints and diagrams. * Basic safety standards for technical installations. **Competencies and Skills:** * Ability to analyze and solve technical problems. * Teamwork. * Organization and adherence to procedures. * Responsibility and operational discipline. * Availability for field work. **Education:** * Technician in Telecommunications, Networks, Electronics, or related field (preferred).
