***Operations and Maintenance Manager Telecom*** **Location: MERIDA | On-site mode** A telecommunications sector company is seeking an **Operations and Maintenance Manager Telecom** to lead the operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure in CFE Telecom projects. Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the operation and maintenance of DWDM and LTE RAN networks. * Lead regional field maintenance technical teams. * Address critical incidents, diagnose failures, and execute corrective actions. * Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Monitor operations and maintenance KPIs to ensure service continuity. * Coordinate technical activities with the client and internal departments. * Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards. Requirements * Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field. * 1 to 3 years of experience in: * DWDM networks * LTE RAN * Outside plant optical fiber * Knowledge of site infrastructure: power, HVAC, towers, grounding, and generators. * Experience leading technical teams. * Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions. * Willingness to travel. * **CONVERSATIONAL AND WRITTEN ENGLISH** We offer * Salary: $45,000 per month * Bi-weekly payment. * Indefinite-term contract. * On-site work * Working hours from Monday to Saturday, with availability for operational adjustments as required by the project.
