If you have experience with plastic injection molds and precision work, we invite you to apply! **Job Objective:** To manufacture spare parts for tooling, perform preventive and corrective maintenance on molds, dies, and fixtures, and provide technical support to various production areas to ensure process continuity and efficiency. **Requirements:** **Education** * Engineering / Advanced Technical Degree in Machine Tools, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. **Experience** * Minimum 5 years as a Plastic Injection Mold Fitter Technician (PC and ABS). * Experience in mechanical part fitting and mold maintenance. * Required CNC experience. **Technical Knowledge:** * CNC operation (Haas). * Wire EDM. * Sinker EDM. * Laser welding. * TIG welding. * Use of durometer. * Optical comparator. * Measuring instruments (micrometer, caliper, and mechanical workshop equipment). * Machining on conventional machines. **Competencies:** Sense of urgency, customer service orientation (external and internal), results-driven, disciplined and organized. **Important:** Availability to rotate shifts (3 shifts). **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PC plastic injection molds * Diagnose failures and determine root cause * Interpret and modify drawings for mold spare part fabrication * Fabricate and fit spare parts * Machine spare parts for molds and machines * Replace punches and adjust mold fixtures * Maintain molds in optimal operating condition (cycle time, active cavities, and quality) * Record and measure parts * Clean and lubricate workshop machines **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $19,000\.00 \- $21,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Experience: * Plastic Injection Molds: 3 years (Mandatory) * Use of conventional tools: 3 years (Mandatory) * Drawing interpretation: 3 years (Mandatory) * Preventive mold maintenance (polishing, welding, etc.): 3 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
