




Job Summary: We are seeking an FTTH Technical Support Supervisor with experience in FTTH solutions to supervise quality, resolve incidents, conduct testing and training, and provide customer support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and control the quality of FTTH equipment. 2. Resolve technical faults and incidents. 3. Conduct training and provide support to the sales team. We are currently seeking an FTTH Technical Support Supervisor. **Requirements:** * Two years of proven experience in FTTH solutions * Knowledge of OLT, ONT, and television equipment configuration * Knowledge of FTTH networks and telecommunications solutions * Knowledge of outside plant infrastructure * Experience in remote incident handling **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and control equipment quality; resolve faults and incidents * Conduct functional testing * Deliver training to internal and external departments * Provide backup support to the sales team to promptly address customer inquiries * Configure FTTH equipment * Prepare technical incident reports * Provide direct customer service during sales or post-sales processes Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $1.00 - $2.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
