Job Objective Ensure FTTH installation quality through field audits and, additionally, contribute to technical training and feedback for operational teams. Main Responsibilities * Field audits of FTTH installations (internal and external plant). * Validation of quality standards for service drops, splices, and connectors. * Review of evidence and technical reports. * Identification of failures and implementation of improvement plans. * Technical feedback to field crews and supervisors. * **Support for technical training (theoretical and practical).** * Participation in process update sessions. * Preparation of quality reports. * Willingness to travel as required by operations. Requirements * Proven experience as an FTTH Auditor, Supervisor, or Validator. * Solid knowledge of fiber optics and installations. * Experience working in the field. * Willingness to travel. * Ability to explain and provide feedback on technical processes. * Basic proficiency in report writing and digital tools.
