Vacancies: 2 Location: Tampico, Tamaulipas Age: 18 to 45 years **Duties and Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fiber optic networks (FTTH/FTTx) * Detect and repair network faults, fiber cuts, connectivity issues, and signal problems * Fiber splicing, connectorization, and continuity and attenuation testing * Install, maintain, and calibrate fiber optic test equipment (OTDR, power meters, etc.) * Review and maintain maintenance records and technical reports * Coordinate with technical support, NOC, and installation teams to resolve incidents * Comply with industrial safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) * Maintain tools, equipment, and work materials in good condition **Requirements** * Minimum education: High school diploma or technical degree in telecommunications, electronics, or related fields * Experience in fiber optic installation and maintenance (preferred) * Knowledge of structured cabling, splicing, and fiber optic measurement * Availability for field work * Physical capability and ability to work at heights (where applicable) **Competencies** * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Teamwork * Responsibility and punctuality * Results- and quality-oriented mindset * Attention to detail Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $11,000.00 - $12,503.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Relocation/Moving Capability: * Tampico, Tamps.: Ability to commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation prior to starting employment (Mandatory) Application Question(s): * Do you have letters of professional recommendation? * Can you drive a standard vehicle and do you hold a valid driver’s license? * Are you available to work rotating weekend shifts?
