We are hiring **Enterprise Account Managers** for Mexico City, Guadalajara, Querétaro, Monterrey, and other cities in Mexico. **The Role:** The Enterprise Account Manager role will be responsible for managing commercial development activities for large enterprises or specific market segments that drive company expansion and growth. **Responsibilities:** * Identify, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities to meet and exceed established sales and revenue quotas. * Develop and implement comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business from new and/or existing accounts. * Prospect customers and accurately determine their needs to present solutions that result in closed sales. * Provide accurate and detailed forecasting of identified and proposed opportunities to meet or exceed sales quota requirements. * Foster strong interpersonal relationships and serve as the primary point of contact between the company and current and prospective customers. * Provide sales leadership with insights on trends and changes occurring within the customer’s organization, and recommend future courses of action necessary for the company to improve its position with the customer. * Represent the company at trade shows and business conferences. * Conduct process improvement activities within the role’s area of responsibility as required. * Comply with company system procedures, instructions, and regulations, as well as ensure adherence to Federal, State, and Local regulations, including those of **Flō Networks** Corporate. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification. * Over 11 years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry. * Knowledge and understanding of the competitive landscape within the telecommunications industry. * Experience managing accounts using CRM software. * Strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills, as well as proven ability to close sales. * Proactive, results-oriented, service-minded, and capable of working effectively in a team environment. * Ability to plan and budget for sales activities. * 80% proficiency in English.
