Conduct field visits to potential customers to offer and promote credit services. Advise and guide customers on available financial products. Assess the initial feasibility of credit applications. Identify and channel prospects for credit evaluation. Carry out collection activities with customers to ensure timely recovery. Submit daily progress reports on promotion and collections to the Branch Manager. Maintain updated client, prospect, and activity records in the system. What are we looking for in you? * Proven work experience as a sales promoter and in customer service. * Enthusiasm for fieldwork. * Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales quotas. * Basic knowledge of financial and budgetary analysis. * Effective communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships. * Focus on achieving sales objectives and targets. * Flexibility and ability to work in a team. * Motorcycle ownership preferred. * Valid driver’s license and ability to travel independently. What do we offer? * Fixed salary: $9,900 monthly plus $4,000 bonus. * Performance bonus. * Transportation support. * Statutory benefits. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–6:30 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am–2:00 pm. * Enhanced benefits: Medical assistance and telemedicine, preventive health check-ups, optical and dental care, death benefit, discount network, grocery vouchers, and savings fund, among others applicable after the third month.
