Teamwork in the telecommunications sector **SSITEL is seeking a CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR WITH EXPERIENCE IN TELECOMMUNICATIONS INDUSTRY in Guelatao – Iztapalapa, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SSITEL, a leading Mexican national company, is looking for your talent as a **CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR IN TELECOMMUNICATIONS**—join this great telecommunications family: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical high school diploma or degree in telecommunications, electronics, or related field * Minimum of 2–3 years in the position * **Willingness to travel** * Ability to drive automatic and standard transmission vehicles **KNOWLEDGE:** * Regulations governing fiber optic construction and installation. * Road safety regulations. * Blueprint interpretation. * Construction control and scheduling. * Understanding the difference between dark and active fiber. * Operation of standard and automatic vehicles. * Work at heights. * Use of tools and measurement equipment (OTDR, power meter). * Color coding **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor execution of maintenance activities and verify compliance with Client’s regulations. * Verify materials against photographic evidence and generate reports. * Submit reports on completed work, including photographic evidence. * Prepare consumption reports for miscellaneous items. * Verify and complete construction data in SSITEL’s ERP system. * Perform and upload material recalculation to SSITEL’s ERP system. * Upload Client-signed reports to SSITEL’s ERP system. * Download material reports from the emergency platform and coordinate with the Client for approval, enabling SSITEL to bill for supplies. * Report daily activities via the emergency application. * Report on-site activities to the Client through the emergency application and WhatsApp. * Identify and manage training needs. * Analyze project feasibility with the Site Manager based on cost estimates.
