Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages billing and documentation for new and used vehicles. 2. Administers customer files and ensures vehicle control. 3. Requires incomplete bachelor’s degree and experience in sales administration. Grupo Acasa Metepec is seeking talent for Sales Administration. * Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring accurate billing for new and used vehicles, as well as trade-ins. * Managing, controlling, and safeguarding customer files, as well as files for new, used, and trade-in vehicles. * Ensuring vehicles leave the dealership upon purchase with proper control and documentation. * Managing system-generated delivery vouchers, ensuring complete documentation and payment. * Ensuring accurate registration on the Public Vehicle Registry portal for sold units (billing, accounting, and customers). Requirements: * Minimum education: incomplete bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * 1 year of verifiable experience. * Teamwork skills. * Responsible. * Committed.
