




Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruiter with experience in sales personnel recruitment to manage the full hiring cycle, from job posting to candidate follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff **Recruiter – with EXPERIENCE in SALES STAFF RECRUITMENT** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs Saturday, 9:00–13:00 hrs **Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff. * Posting job vacancies on various platforms. * Screening candidates and conducting interviews. * Coordinating hiring processes. * Tracking candidates until onboarding. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months’ experience in mass recruitment (preferably in telecommunications companies and **primarily in SALES**). * Knowledge of digital recruitment sources. * Ability to work under objectives and handle a high volume of vacancies. * Education: Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary + hiring bonuses * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and growth opportunities.
