Additional benefits and compensation A leading Managed Technology Services company. **PAYROLL ANALYST** Requirements: Completed bachelor’s degree (100%), in Administration or related field Minimum 2 years verifiable payroll experience Experience handling mixed payroll types Experience in compensation and benefits Knowledge of IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law Experience conducting audits Salary grids, SAT payroll stamping, and RPE Proficiency in NOI or payroll ERP systems NOM-035 compliance Knowledge of EMA and EBA Experience processing deductions Experience with INFONAVIT and FONACOT Responsibilities and Skills: IMSS and SUA employee onboarding and offboarding Managing IDSE, REPSE Calculating severance pay, bonuses Vacation control, attendance incidents, etc. Executing payroll, vacation tracking, and incident management Payroll stamping, disbursement Employee support and follow-up Intermediate Excel skills Experience with salary grids Payment clarifications Approximate headcount: 100 employees. **We Offer:** Statutory benefits (vacations, Christmas bonus, IMSS, seniority premium, profit sharing) Net salary: $15,000 Additional days off Organic growth Profit sharing Benefits and compensation Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Work location: Polanco, 5 minutes from Polanco metro station Interested candidates should apply through this channel.
