Career growth and an excellent work environment **HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Psychology, or Business Administration. * Required competencies: Teamwork, proactivity, analytical ability, effective and assertive communication, organizational skills, negotiation ability, and sense of urgency. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**: Posting job vacancies and recruiting personnel; handling and requesting incident reports to prepare preliminary payroll; managing personnel and negotiating with employees; developing Human Resources process manuals; managing and administering personnel files and employment contracts. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:** * Recruitment and selection. * Payroll calculation, severance settlement calculation. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Personnel administration. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Posting available vacancies, and conducting selection and recruitment for existing or newly opened positions. * Completing and submitting ST-7 form in case of a Work Risk. * Requesting complete documentation from newly hired personnel. * Conducting onboarding orientation for newly hired personnel. * Updating the Data Summary to draft employment contracts upon receipt of documentation from newly hired personnel. * Signing employment contracts and other related documents with newly hired personnel. * Delivering vacation authorization forms to personnel for their signature and submission of the Vacation Request Form. * Filing severance settlements along with their respective payment receipts. * Delivering performance evaluations for newly hired personnel to renew contracts into indefinite-term agreements. * Reviewing the personnel birthday log. * Providing guidance and addressing personnel inquiries. * Receiving, validating, and maintaining up-to-date the summary of incapacity certificates issued by IMSS. * Consulting the IMSS Virtual Desktop platform and verifying existing incapacities. If incapacities exist, updating the INCAPACITIES AND WORK RISKS CONTROL. * Consulting the FONACOT platform and verifying whether any modifications exist regarding active employee loans—either in deduction amounts or new loans. If modifications exist, updating the CONTROL OF PERSONNEL WITH ACTIVE INFONAVIT AND FONACOT LOANS. * Consulting the Infonavit Employer Portal and verifying whether any modifications exist regarding active employee loans—either in deduction factors or amounts. If modifications exist, updating the CONTROL OF PERSONNEL WITH ACTIVE INFONAVIT LOANS. * Requesting incident reports from the supervision department to prepare preliminary payroll. * Sending payroll CFDIs to personnel who request them. * Monitoring monthly payments to IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and ISN, ensuring all necessary payment receipts are available. * Maintaining control over personnel vacation periods, considering personnel seniority, days already taken as leave, and pending vacation days.
