Job Objective: Manage and administer Human Resources processes, ensuring proper staff attraction, administration, and development, while contributing to a positive work environment and compliance with labor regulations. Main Responsibilities: * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff. * Employee file integration and control. * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and administrative follow-up. * Control of incidents, leaves of absence, and vacations. * Support in payroll and benefits administration. * Coordination of internal training programs. * Support in internal communication and workplace climate. * Compliance with internal policies and labor legislation.
