We are seeking a **CONDOMINIUM ADMINISTRATOR** **POSITION REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, or related field. * Resident attention experience. * Prior experience in WARRANTY SUPPORT (condominiums) preferred. * ZAKIA\-ZIZANA area. * Personal vehicle required. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Identification of client needs to provide appropriate solutions. * Tracking of resident and/or developer requests. * Monitoring and supervision of suppliers. * Supervision of services within condominiums. * Knowledge of the Urban Code of the State of Querétaro. * Support for the collections department. **CORE COMPETENCIES:** * Innovation * Leadership * Results orientation **ADDITIONAL BENEFITS** * Starting salary: $12,000\.00 * Work tools: Laptop, mobile phone * Ongoing training * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $12,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
