Job Summary: We are seeking an Auditor with experience in operational review management, report preparation, and supervision of locations, maintenance, portfolio, and advertising. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in audit activities and events Required: AUDITOR COMPLETED PROFESSIONAL DEGREE: ACCOUNTANT, ADMINISTRATION OR RELATED FIELD AVAILABILITY TO TRAVEL (SCHEDULED TRAVEL) 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Operational review management. Preparation of monthly reports and reports for foreign visits. Monthly reviews per location, including local and scheduled foreign locations. \- Review of parking income. Review of account statements per location. Review of assigned petty cash funds, custody vouchers, and delivery minutes. \- Administrative minutes, if required by specific situations. \- Maintenance area review at Altea locations. Portfolio review per location. Advertising expense review per location. Inventory review of materials and tools. Location checklist review: general areas, ATMs, cleaning, and security. \- Supervision and recordkeeping of waste and fixed assets at locations. Support for audit department activities (vehicle custody and returns, assignment and placement of Oxxo Gas fuel stickers, inventories, etc.). Support for events participation.
