Supervise the nursing staff in this center to conscientiously implement various rules and technical operating procedures, and strictly prevent the occurrence of nursing misconduct. 3\. Responsible for the management of various drugs, equipment, and disposable consumables in this center. 4\. Carry out health education in our center, listen to the opinions of patients, communicate with them in a timely manner, and improve our work. 5\. Responsible for the division of labor and scheduling of nursing staff in this center, with clear responsibilities, developing nursing work plans, and organizing their implementation. **Qualification:** 1\. Having the professional title of nurse or above, familiar with various nursing work processes and standards. 2\. 5 years or more of experience in nursing positions in a first level assisted reproductive hospital, with priority given to having at least 1 year of experience as a head nurse. 3\.
