At **Hasar México**, we are looking for a **Software Technical Support Analyst** to join our **Hasarian Tribe** and help us keep innovation moving. We are a company with presence across Latin America that digitally transforms logistics and distribution processes. Main Responsibilities * Remotely attend to and resolve user and client incidents. * Provide support for SQL Server, handheld devices, and remote desktops. * Document and track critical cases. * Collaborate closely with technical and commercial teams. Requirements * Education: Technical or TSU degree in Systems, Computing, or related field (what we value most are your skills—not just the diploma). * Minimum 1 year of experience in custom software technical support (experience managing a ticketing tool for incident logging and tracking is a plus). * Knowledge of SQL Server databases (mandatory—this will be your primary tool). * Customer orientation, teamwork, and service mindset. * **Availability to rotate shifts and work weekends and rotating rest days.** What We Offer * Gross salary: **$15,000 to $17,000**, depending on experience. * Statutory benefits from day one. * **Continuous training** and career development plan. * **Collaborative and human-centered environment**: you’ll be part of a family that supports your growth. * Job stability within a technology-sector company experiencing expansion.
