Responsibilities: * Represent the brand with excellence, elegance, and professionalism, embodying the values of a luxury firm. * Provide personalized consultation, clearly and persuasively communicating the product’s key benefits: design, quality, durability, warranty, and versatility. * Identify sales opportunities and close high-value negotiations. * Meet and exceed monthly targets, maximizing the commission structure. * Maintain an impeccable appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude. * Build long-term relationships with customers by delivering a premium experience. Requirements: * Proven retail sales experience in department stores, boutiques, or premium brands, with a track record of meeting targets. * Highly commercial profile, results-oriented, and commission-driven. * Excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and strong customer service orientation. * Punctuality, commitment, and professional ethics. * Professional appearance consistent with a luxury brand. * Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively in a team.
