Regional Manager

**Region: Maravatío, Mich.** ***Job Summary:*** Manage commercial relationships with berry producers in the region through agricultural knowledge and experience, as well as general business acumen. Ensure product quality and consistency to drive both company growth and regional producer success. ***Requirements:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Innovation, Agribusiness, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the agricultural industry. * Knowledge and skills in producer support and service. * Agronomic crop management expertise and field-based production forecasting ability. * Administrative process knowledge and extensive experience using data platforms. * Experience managing work teams. * Willingness and ability to travel. * Valid driver’s license (Class “Chófer”). ***Key Responsibilities:*** * Conduct field-based production forecasts jointly with producers while maintaining established quality standards. * Input field-collected data into information platforms. * Generate monthly project progress reports. * Analyze field data to support business and producer profitability-focused decision-making. * Visit, supervise, and follow up with regional producers. * Ensure implementation of the forecasting program for your region. * Negotiate contract terms and conditions with producers. * Onboard new producers aligned with the company’s growth strategy. * Manage and lead your assigned team. ***Competencies:*** * Talent management and development. * Data analysis. * Results orientation. * Sense of urgency. * Numerical analytical ability. * Customer focus. * Assertive communication. ***We Offer:*** * Work schedule: Monday to Saturday. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Major Medical Expense Insurance and Life Insurance. * Performance bonus. * Meal vouchers. * Company vehicle. **Join our team!** At **California Giant Berry Farms**, our vision and mission is to become the world’s most sustainable fresh berry company.
