Strengthening relationships with specialist physicians **Medical Credentialing Coordinator** **Job Description** We are seeking a corporate-level **Medical Credentialing / Medical Liaison Coordinator**, responsible for standardizing, supervising, and ensuring medical credentialing processes across our hospital units, as well as strengthening relationships with specialist physicians. This role emphasizes strategic direction and oversight, providing support to the group’s various hospitals. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and ensure proper execution of the medical credentialing process across different hospital units. * Standardize processes for onboarding, re-credentialing, and assignment of clinical privileges. * Validate official documentation (degrees, licenses, certifications, and validity periods). * Audit physical and digital medical files to ensure regulatory compliance. * Coordinate and follow up on credentialing and clinical privileges committees. * Serve as the corporate liaison with specialist physicians and medical leaders at each hospital. * Identify network-wide medical coverage needs by specialty. * Monitor compliance, coverage, and quality indicators across units. * Ensure adherence to health regulations and quality standards. * Track physician onboarding, offboarding, and modifications across units. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Nursing, Medicine, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in medical credentialing or medical liaison roles. * Experience in hospital operations or corporate healthcare settings. * Solid knowledge of medical specialties and clinical privileges. * Familiarity with health regulations. * Proficiency in systems (e.g., SAP, electronic health records, or similar). * Availability to support multiple units (including occasional on-site visits). **Competencies** * Strategic vision and corporate mindset. * Effective communication with medical leaders. * Process organization and control. * Analytical ability and decision-making skills. * Compliance- and results-oriented approach. **We Offer** * Competitive salary; full compensation package will be discussed during the interview. * Statutory benefits. * Performance-based bonuses. * Grocery vouchers. * Discounts on hospital services and corporate partnership benefits. * Training and professional development programs.
