Join us in advancing our mission to extend lives and expand possibilities. **Manufacturing Leader** **Your Role at Vantive** Meet production requirements, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards that provide patient safety, by managing available resources (raw materials, personnel, efficiency) to guarantee industry-leading performance. **What You Will Do:** * Meet production requirements and established efficiency levels. * Maximize utilization of assigned resources (raw materials, personnel, equipment, and facilities) within the allocated budget. * Participate in workgroups focused on continuous improvement: Quality, Safety, Productivity, Cost Reduction, Scrap reduction, etc. * Engage your team members in company initiatives, programs, and improvement projects. * Verify that personnel involved in production wear required clothing and safety equipment. * Ensure compliance with safety procedures for activities and personnel under your responsibility, according to international standards, ISO 14001, 45001, and Mexican official safety regulations. * Develop personnel under your supervision. * Ensure products are manufactured within specifications, in accordance with good manufacturing practices, procedures, and authorized documents. * Ensure manufactured products meet customer quality and service expectations. * Ensure personnel under your responsibility are trained according to training requirements and complete the area's annual training program. * Be responsible for adherence to good manufacturing practices (GMPs). * Approve that the production and conditioning of the medical device comply with established specifications and requirements indicated in this standard. **What You Will Bring:** * Degree in Chemical Pharmacy Biology, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, with professional license. * 3 to 5 years of experience as a manufacturing supervisor in the medical device industry. * Trend analysis skills. * Knowledge of good manufacturing and documentation practices. * Lean Manufacturing tools or similar methodologies. * Quality Management Systems knowledge. * Knowledge of local health regulations (NOM-241-SSA1). **Reasonable Accommodation** Vantive is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
