Maintenance Assistant **:** Maintenance **Job Objective:** Perform operational preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in common areas to ensure proper facility operation and infrastructure preservation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Carry out basic general maintenance work on electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, painting, masonry, drywall, and other systems. * Assist with periodic inspections of façades, entrances, roofs, and general installations. * Respond to tenant-reported failures or repair requests. * Verify the operation of basic systems such as lighting, outlets, locks, faucets, and sanitary fixtures. * Assist with minor operations including furniture relocation, lamp replacement, crack sealing, and wall or drywall painting. * Keep the work area and tool storage area clean and organized. * Record performed activities and report them to the direct supervisor. * Comply with safety regulations, personal protective equipment usage, and established procedures. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed secondary school or incomplete technical degree (preferred). * Experience: Minimum 3 years in general maintenance, preferably in real estate or corporate facilities. * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, painting, drywall, and finishes. * Ability to work independently and under supervision. * Proactive attitude, orderly conduct, and solution-oriented mindset.
