**POSITION:** Maintenance Technician **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Carry out the necessary maintenance tasks to preserve the company's branches, using materials and tools correctly, to ensure the store's overall functionality and aesthetics. **POSITION FUNCTIONS:** * Perform work in the areas of finishing, drywall, electrical installations, plumbing, sanitary systems, metalwork, masonry, waterproofing, painting, etc. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance at stores to improve aesthetics and functionality for customers. **POSITION REQUIREMENTS:** * Age: Over 24 years old * Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience as a specialized technician in drywall, electricity, finishing, masonry, or plumbing. * Education: Minimum primary school level. * Availability to travel and/or work flexible hours. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Finishing, electricity, plumbing, sanitary systems, masonry, plumbing, painting, waterproofing, or some of these. **SKILLS:** * Teamwork * Working under pressure * Service-oriented attitude * Honesty * Responsibility **WORK SCHEDULE:** 6 weeks on the road, night shifts from 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday through Sunday; upon returning from the road, 6 days of rest are paid.
