Wide variety of tasks in finishing, electrical work, plumbing, and more. **POSITION:** Maintenance Technician **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Perform necessary maintenance tasks to preserve company branches, using materials and tools correctly, to ensure overall store functionality and aesthetic appeal. **JOB FUNCTIONS:** * Perform tasks in finishing, drywall, electrical installations, hydraulic systems, sanitary systems, metalwork, masonry, waterproofing, painting, etc. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance in-store to enhance aesthetics and functionality for customers. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Age: Over 24 years old * Experience: 1–3 years as a specialized technician in drywall, electricity, finishing, masonry, or plumbing. * Education: Minimum primary school level. * Availability to travel and/or work flexible hours. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Finishing, electricity, hydraulics, sanitation, masonry, plumbing, painting, waterproofing, or expertise in some of these areas. **SKILLS:** * Teamwork * Working under pressure * Service-oriented attitude * Honesty * Responsibility **WORK SCHEDULE:** Night shifts from 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday through Saturday Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Employee discounts * Special discounts and preferential pricing Workplace: On-site employment
