Execution of finishing, electrical, plumbing, and other related works. **POSITION:** Maintenance Technician **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Execute necessary maintenance tasks for branch preservation, through the proper use of materials and tools, to ensure overall store functionality and aesthetics. **JOB FUNCTIONS:** * Perform work in finishing, drywall, electrical installations, hydraulic systems, sanitary systems, metalwork, masonry, waterproofing, painting, etc. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance at stores to improve aesthetics and functionality for customers. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Age: Over 24 years old * Experience: 1–3 years as a specialized technician in drywall, electricity, finishing, masonry, or plumbing. * Education: Minimum primary school level. * Willingness to travel and/or work flexible hours. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Finishing, electricity, hydraulics, sanitation, masonry, plumbing, painting, waterproofing, or some of these areas. **SKILLS:** * Teamwork * Working under pressure * Service-oriented attitude * Honesty * Responsibility **WORK SCHEDULE:** Night shifts from 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday to Saturday Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Employee discounts * Special discounts and preferential pricing Workplace: On-site employment
