Job Summary: We are seeking Local and Long-Distance Drivers for the distribution of medicines and healthcare supplies, ensuring timely deliveries and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Due to growth, we are seeking Local and Long-Distance Drivers who wish to join our team and become part of this important challenge. **PROFILE** Education * Completed high school or incomplete university degree. **Experience** * Handling and distribution of supplies or goods. * Driving cargo transport vehicles up to 6.5 tons. * Handling fragile goods. * Use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Product handling, loading, and picking in warehouse. * Operating cold-chain vehicles (desirable). * Knowledge of highways and routes (north, central, south, and southeast regions of Mexico). **Desirable Knowledge** * Familiarity with NOM-059-SSA1-2015 (Good Manufacturing Practices for Medicines). * Valid Class E driver’s license. **Skills** * Teamwork. * Responsibility and commitment. * Sense of urgency. * Integrity. * Frustration tolerance. * Ability to work under pressure. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform loading, unloading, picking, and distribution of medicines and other healthcare supplies. * Verify quantity and condition of products prior to each delivery. * Ensure compliance with transportation and delivery conditions. * Review and receive required documentation for medicine delivery. * Make deliveries at the date, time, and location agreed upon with the customer. * Complete records required by the Health Officer. * Maintain cleanliness and proper care of the transport vehicle. * Comply with road safety guidelines and applicable regulations. **WE OFFER** **Statutory Benefits** * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) * Vacation days * Vacation bonus * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) **Benefits Exceeding Legal Requirements** * Christmas bonus * Grocery vouchers * Punctuality and attendance award * Savings fund * Subsidized cafeteria Additional benefits * Per diems for long-distance travel. * Mileage- or delivery-based incentives. * 100% payroll-registered salary. * Immediate hiring with possibility of indefinite-term contract upon successful completion of probation period. ***Due to workload, weekend work may be required.*** SCHEDULE AND LOCATION Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM Occasional Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (subject to workload).
