




Job Description and Responsibilities At NewCity Receptionist: English proficiency required. Answer patient calls and schedule appointments. Register patients in the appointment system and follow up with them. Receive patients and provide them with document packages for signature, including the clinical history and photo authorization form. File and manage medical records. Confirm appointments with patients and specialists. Print consents, forms, and other documents required for unit operations. Perform daily cash reconciliation.
