




**Position: CEO Personal Assistant (Construction Company)** **Location:** [City] **Work Mode:** On-site **Position Type:** Full-time **Job Description:** We are seeking a **CEO Personal Assistant** to join our team at a construction company, with the objective of providing direct support to the General Director (company owner) in managing daily activities and overseeing operational progress of construction projects. This position is key to generating strategic synergy with the CEO, serving as their right hand both in the office and on-site, ensuring organization, effective communication, and timely control of each project. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and monitor the CEO’s daily schedule. * Coordinate meetings, site visits, and executive commitments. * Accompany the CEO to construction sites for supervision and progress tracking. * Maintain and report on the status of construction projects. * Facilitate communication between the CEO and site teams, suppliers, and administrative staff. * Assist in taking notes, preparing reports, and basic technical documentation. * Identify areas for improvement and support optimization of operational processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture** (graduated or final-year student). * Minimum **2–3 years** of experience in the construction sector. * Knowledge of construction processes, site operations, and blueprint reading. * Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills. * High level of responsibility, confidentiality, and commitment. * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. * Availability to work both on-site and in the office. * Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude.
